1, the cutting thickness is large

In the actual processing application, the processing thickness of flame cutting ranges from 6 to 200 mm, and the gas pipe and torch cutting nozzle are replaced, and the cutting thickness can reach 350 mm. In order to improve the cutting quality better, the relevant process parameters will be slightly different when using flame cutting for different thickness materials.

2, the cutting plane has a high verticality

Different from the V-shaped cutting surface caused by the plasma arc of the CNC plasma cutting machine, the vertical cutting degree of the cutting surface of the CNC flame cutting machine is generally higher, the inclination can be controlled below 2-3°, and the characteristic is that it has a certain thickness for 10mm or more. On the board cutting, the performance is better.

3, high cutting quality

In general, the use of flame cutting is mostly used for medium and heavy plate cutting. The thickness of similar materials is above 20mm. In this thickness, the material is cut within 100mm thickness because it is not easy to change and the perforation operation is very easy to block the cutting nozzle. It can be cut from the edge of the steel plate. When cutting in the speed range of 0-700mm/min, the width of the slit can be kept within 2mm. At the same time, the automatic height control system is equipped to keep the torch height stable throughout the cutting process.

Plates with different thicknesses should be selected with different cutting speeds, cutting gas pressures and different cutting nozzle models. Thin plates with a thickness of 6-20mm are not easily cut from the edge of the steel plate when starting to cut the parts due to heat variability. When the thick plate is subjected to numerical control active gas cutting, the cutting surface is often vertical. The quality problem is not enough.
